AJ Long

AJ Long is a dedicated football coach and mentor with a passion for developing the next generation of athletes. A former standout quarterback, AJ played at Syracuse University and West Chester University, earning recognition as a 3X High School Football All-American, 2X NUC National Leader Award Winner, and a College Football All-American.

Now coaching at Bethlehem Catholic High School (Becahi), AJ brings his experience, leadership, and love for the game to young athletes. Beyond coaching, he runs a 501(c)(3) travel football organization, focused on providing opportunities for aspiring players.

As part of the Pass the Torch Program, AJ is committed to developing strong leaders and shaping the next generation. His approach is built on mentorship, leadership development, and being a positive role model—helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

Outside of football, AJ enjoys photography, videography, hiking, video games, and cooking. He is open to working with any and all mentees, aiming to instill values of hard work, resilience, and character in those he mentors.
